How do I submit my documents and complete KYC?

1. Log in to your Affiliate Account.

2. From the menu, select My Account, then click Affiliate KYC.

3. Choose a valid identification document (Passport, Driver’s License, or National ID).

4. Enter your Document Number or ID Number.

5. Provide the document’s expiry date.

6. Upload a clear image of your identification document by clicking “Choose Image”.

Requirements:

• National IDs must include both front and back images.

• Documents must be clear, valid, and display your full name.

• Accepted file formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG.

• Maximum file size: 5 MB.

7. Upload a selfie while holding the selected identification document. Your face and ID details must be clearly visible, as documents with mismatched information will not be approved.

8. Submit your application for review, and our Affiliate Team will notify you of the result via email once the review has been completed.
